Yes you refunded the amoun of around Dhs 4300, but I paid amount Dhs 8600 due to your mistake of booking cancellation less than 5 hours of check in. Also, I didn't refuse the offer, your led me wait more than 2 hours to and eventually you said " the hotel is fully booked" lol
I booked through this travel agency, much lower price than ordinary well known travel agency, they sent me a confirmation massage of my booking, contacting the hotel same day, at 1st they couldn't confirm my booking ,today, i recontacted the hotel, my booking is confirmed, thanks for zenhotels, i strongly recommend it.

Prices are good, but yiu need to make your booking several days in advance, otherwise, your booking may not reach the hotel upon arrival.
